About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Experience in Application Support and working on SLA, CHR Delivery process to meet customer requirements and Any SAP Project Implementation activities.
Lead and deliver SAP PP module implementations, enhancements, and support projects.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, and translate them into SAP solutions.
Configure and customize SAP PP to meet business needs (Master Data, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, MRP, Production Orders, Planning Strategies).
Work on integration points with MM, SD, QM, WM, FI/CO, and PM modules.
Provide end-to-end support for PP processes, including issue resolution, performance improvement, and system optimization.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer for users and junior consultants.
Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP/Developers) for custom developments, enhancements, and reports.
Participate in unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and cutover activities.
Provide post-go-live support and drive process improvements.
Stay updated with S/4HANA PP innovations and guide clients on best practices and digital transformation opportunities.
Technology Skills:
Strong functional expertise in:
Production Planning & Control
Demand Management, Long-term Planning, MRP, CRP
Shop Floor Control, Capacity Planning
Material Master, BOM, Routing, Work Centers
Process Orders and Production Orders
Integration with Kinaxis
Hands-on experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations.
Knowledge of integration with MM, SD, QM, PM, WM.
Exposure to S/4HANA PP (especially PP/DS, MRP Live, embedded PP) is a must.
Good understanding of business processes in discrete and/or process manufacturing industries.
Strong skills in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Excellent communication, client-facing, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications - External
Behavioral Skills:
· Should be able to coordinate with global team and service SLA’s.
