You are free to explore the Websites without providing any Personal Information about yourself. When you visit the Websites or register for the Subscription Service, we request that you provide Personal Information about yourself, and we collect Navigational Information.

In terms of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, Cigres should adopt a grievance redressal mechanism and display the same in the privacy policy or the terms & conditions on Cigres website.

When you use our services our view content provided by us, we automatically collect information about your computer hardware and software. After termination, we may, unless legally prohibited, delete all customer information, including your Personal Information, from the Subscription Service.

If you have elected to receive marketing communications from us, we retain information about your marketing preferences for a reasonable period of time from the date you last expressed interest in our content, products, or services, such as when you last opened an email from us. Do We Share Information we collect

For the purposes described in this policy we use the services of various contractors, mainly digital service providers.
