About Us

Paul is the Founder CEO of Cigres and brings with him over 30 years of IT Industry experience. He has a track record of growing businesses while ensuring the highest level of employee and customer satisfaction. Prior to founding Cigres, Paul has done past stints as CEO, President of CIGNEX, Director of Sonoco, Hewlett-Packard and Tata-Elxsi. Paul holds a Master’s Degree in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a Bachelor’s degree in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.

Siddharth is the Sales Director of Cigres responsible for Sales & Account Management of all our customers. He has spent the last 12 years with CIGNEX in various roles in Sales and helped to drive the growth of the company over the last 12 years. He has a strong focus on customer satisfaction and in understanding customer needs. Prior to CIGNEX he worked with Nityo. He holds an M.Com degree from Pune University, a PGDM from International Management Institute, Brussels and a Diploma in Training and Development from ISTD, New Delhi.

Neha is Senior Manager, HR & Operations (BFSI Vertical). Neha is a Senior Human Resource professional possessing inspirational leadership skills. She has over 17 years of experience in HR functions that varies from HR operations, Resource Management, HR Solutions in various business domains of ITEs. She is adept at enhancing the employee experience and developing positive workplace cultures. Her strong work ethics and can-do attitude are valuable assets & she is a good team player whether, leading or working in a team.

Alpana Vashisth is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Recruitment Manager with a solid decade of experience in recruitment delivery and account management, as well as vendor management. With hands-on expertise in manpower management leadership, lateral hiring, strategy, and manpower planning. Her leadership capabilities are notable, evidenced by her adeptness in delivery and team management across diverse industries spanning technical and non-technical disciplines. 

Riyaz is Senior Manager, HR & Operations (Manufacturing Vertical). He has over 10 years of experience in managing and leading various aspects of Human Resources & Operations spanning across multiple business domains of ITES. He has experience managing multiple software vendors, acting as a liaison between Business, IT and software vendors.  He is able to merge customer and user needs with business requirements, budgetary restrictions, and logistical considerations to meet project deliverables.
