Paul is the Founder CEO of Cigres and brings with him over 30 years of IT Industry experience. He has a track record of growing businesses while ensuring the highest level of employee and customer satisfaction. Prior to founding Cigres, Paul has done past stints as CEO, President of CIGNEX, Director of Sonoco, Hewlett-Packard and Tata-Elxsi. Paul holds a Master’s Degree in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a Bachelor’s degree in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.

Mohammed Shakir brings over 25 years of experience in enterprise architecture and large-scale technology delivery. As CTO at Cigres, he provides technology leadership and delivery governance for U.S. enterprise clients, ensuring scalable and high-performing solutions.

He previously led microservices and platform transformation initiatives at Alight Solutions and served as VP Technology at CIGNEX Datamatics, where he managed a 200+ member engineering organisation.

Siddharth is the Vice President - Sales of Cigres responsible for Sales & Account Management of all our customers. He has spent the last 12 years with CIGNEX in various roles in Sales and helped to drive the growth of the company over the last 12 years. He has a strong focus on customer satisfaction and in understanding customer needs. Prior to CIGNEX he worked with Nityo. He holds an M.Com degree from Pune University, a PGDM from International Management Institute, Brussels and a Diploma in Training and Development from ISTD, New Delhi.

Based in Singapore, Minnie Sehgal brings over 25 years of IT experience across global financial institutions and fintech organisations. She has worked with leading banks in Singapore, including Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse, delivering technology solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Minnie has also collaborated with fintech companies across the U.S., France, and China, bringing a strong international perspective and deep domain expertise in financial technology.

Riyaz Ahmed is Vice President (HR & Operations), with over 12 years of experience in managing and leading various aspects of Human Resources & Operations spanning across multiple business domains of ITES.
He has experience managing multiple software vendors, acting as a liaison between Business, IT and software vendors. He can merge customer and user needs with business requirements, budgetary restrictions, and logistical considerations to meet project deliverables.

Alpana Vashisth is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Recruitment Manager with a solid decade of experience in recruitment delivery and account management, as well as vendor management. With hands-on expertise in manpower management leadership, lateral hiring, strategy, and manpower planning. Her leadership capabilities are notable, evidenced by her adeptness in delivery and team management across diverse industries spanning technical and non-technical disciplines.
