Salesforce QA

A skilled QA professional with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce (SFDC) testing, responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of Salesforce applications through manual, automated, and API testing.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct manual and automated testing of Salesforce applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and define effective test strategies.

Perform API testing to validate integrations and data flow between Salesforce and external systems.

Write and execute SQL queries to analyze data and ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Identify, document, and troubleshoot defects, working closely with development teams for timely resolution.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or similar automation frameworks.

Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve testability and overall software quality.

Stay updated with Salesforce releases, enhancements, and best practices to refine testing processes.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in Salesforce administration and QA testing.

Strong understanding of API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.

Proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques.

Hands-on experience with automation testing frameworks (Selenium or similar).

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail with a technical mindset.

Preferred Skills:

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce QA).

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Experience working with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
