Product Owner

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the migration of projects from Java and Anaconda projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and business stakeholders, to define and prioritize migration requirements.
• Develop and maintain a detailed migration plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Ensure that all migration activities are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to the migration process.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all migration-related inquiries and issues.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure that best practices and standards are followed throughout the migration process.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the migration process based on feedback and lessons learned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on migration projects.
• Proven experience in migrating projects from Azure DevOps to GitHub.
• Strong understanding of both Java and Anaconda projects
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Certification in Product Ownership or Agile methodologies is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of Java and Anaconda projects is highly preferable.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
