About the Role
Required Skills (Must have) along with necessary industry experience
General
1. Minimum 4+ year of Techno – Functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
2. Extensive knowledge in Hire to Retire business process. Exposure to Data & Integration module is must.
3. Designing, developing, and implementing Core HR solutions.
4. Experience of working through Agile methodology
5. Excellent Communication and presentation skills
6. Good Exposure towards working in highly matrixed setup of Global MNCs
Functional Competencies
1. Strong technical knowledge in BIP, OTBI, HCM Extract, API, HDL, HSDL
2. Functional expertise on other HCM modules is highly preferred
3. Expertise in Personalization (sandbox) and Functional Setup Manager usage
4. Strong consulting skills such as Fit/gap analysis, Business analysis, SDLC concepts such as Agile, Waterfall, Support Management.
Technical Competencies
1. Strong knowledge and working experience in writing Fast Formulas, HDSl, HSDL, API
2. Good knowledge of HCM table structures and data flow
3. Expert in designing UDTs, Lookups & Worksheet dynamic columns
4. Expert is building BIP , OTBI Reports, with bursting options
Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1. As Product expert, Work towards enabling solutions via CHRs & Projects
2. Resolve technical / config issues & bugs
3. Act as Technical L3 Support to resolve complex tickets
4. Lead testing & processes for Release Upgrades / Deployments / Implementation
5. Participate in Agile Scrum calls as product expert to provide updates
6. Learn, understand & assess release content document for each upgrade
7. Support GDPR and Data Privacy topics
8. Document the solutions and prepare process flow diagrams
9. Train the peers and business users via Change Management process.
Qualifications & Certifications
1. B.Sc Computer Science Graduate or Engineering Graduate or Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
2. Certification in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, either specialist or Implementor level from Oracle University.
