Integration Manager – Salesforce (Country Deployment Lead) Role Overview
The Integration Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end integration delivery for Salesforce rollouts across multiple countries.
This role ensures that local systems, regulatory requirements, data flows, and business processes are effectively integrated into the global Salesforce solution.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical integration expertise with program leadership and cross-regional coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities Lead Salesforce integration planning and execution for each country deployment. Work with country business teams to understand local systems, data models, and compliance needs.
Define integration requirements, mapping, and data migration rules for local applications (ERP, HR, Finance, legacy systems).
Coordinate with Salesforce technical teams, middleware teams (MuleSoft preferred), and country IT for end-to-end delivery.
Oversee build, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support for integrations.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and gaps during country rollout cycles.
Maintain documentation for integration architecture, data flows, and deployment playbooks.
Monitor and optimize integrations during hypercare and BAU support phases.
Required Skills & Experience 6–10+ years in integration delivery or solution management.
Hands-on with middleware tools (MuleSoft preferred; Boomi, Informatica, Azure also acceptable). Experience coordinating multi-country or global system rollouts.
Strong understanding of integration patterns (real-time, batch, event-driven).
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional business, IT, and vendor teams. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and issue-resolution skills.
Nice to Have Experience working in regulated markets or regional compliance contexts. Exposure to master data management (MDM) and data governance. Project/Program management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile).
