Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Analytics Specialist with 6–8 years of hands-on expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google BigQuery. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making by implementing, managing, and optimizing digital analytics solutions across our platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement tracking strategies using Google Tag Manager to capture user interactions across web and mobile platforms.
Analyze website and app performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain complex queries and dashboards in Google BigQuery to support advanced analytics and reporting needs.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to define KPIs and ensure accurate data collection.
Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover trends, user behavior, and conversion opportunities.
Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and tagging issues.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital analytics and data privacy regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6–8 years of experience in digital analytics, with strong proficiency in:
Google Analytics (GA4)
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Google BigQuery
Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, cookies, etc.)
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Google Analytics and/or Google Tag Manager certification.
Experience working in agile environments.
Familiarity with other analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel) is a bonus.
