Job Description
o Proficiency in web development technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
o Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
o Experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and optimizing queries.
o Hands-on experience with APIs (RESTful services) and data integration. Experience with CSOD APIs.
o Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git) is a plus.
o Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
o Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
o Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Role:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders, in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Platform Configuration & Development - Design, develop, and configure modules within the CSOD platform (Learning, Performance, Recruiting, etc.) as per business requirements.
• Customize Cornerstone portals and functionalities using standard web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript and CSOD APIs).
• Manage and develop data integrations with third-party systems, working with SQL databases and REST APIs.
• Proactively Monitor, Maintain and support Business users on application queries, issues and any adhoc priority requests
• Strong experience to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications/integrations, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, perform debugging, and provide ongoing technical support to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
• Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into talent data and ensure compliance.
• Conduct unit and integration testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet quality standards.
• Support system documentation, manage deployments, and occasionally provide advanced end-user training or guidance.
