About the Role
As a Business Insights Analyst for Global Pricing, you will be analyzing business processes, gather and document business requirements, and define scope and objectives.
The Business Insight Analyst will focus on enabling the business with actionable insights & analysis that can bring a competitive advantage , while ensuring a premium experience to our customers.
Works closely with Business Insights Lead, Product Owners, Capability Teams and Local Partners to define the right analytical methodologies, functionalities, visuals and platforms.
The Business Insight Analyst is also an expert in domain data, with the ability and identify and combine most appropriate data sets supporting each use-case.
Active listen to stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
Conduct business and process analysis at a complex level, focusing on quality deliverables and data management.
Ideate and design robust and scalable analytic solutions and visuals that create differentiated value outcome.
Identify and elevate new and leading-edge ideas to improve business performance and user experience across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons.
Gather and analyze data from a wide variety of sources to identify most relevant elements for consumption. Including data discovery, profiling.
Perform light statistical analysis and model data in normalized and denormalized graphs and structures.
Actively contribute to product delivery by detailing relevant user-stories, building mock-ups and participating in sprint releases.
University degree in a quantitative concentration and/or data analytics
Hands on experience designing, building and operating quantitative models and dashboards related to market/customer analytics
Data savvy and comfortable working with multiple, complex data-sets.
Tableau and SQL knowledge is a plus
Relentless curiosity coupled with critical thinking to understand why things are the way they are (or are not) is key as well as able to leverage multi-domain knowledge and interest
Comfortable working independently on multiple projects at simultaneously
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Strong technical writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills
