About the Role
Monitoring skill set
2-3 years of experience with application monitoring (SAP ECC and PI , Middleware , third party applications, ) , in a global enterprise environment , Strong experience in creation and fine tuning of advanced alerts for monitored nodes.
Good understanding of Batch Jobs (SAP and non SAP) , Interfaces , Out bound inbound queues
Good understanding of alert Monitoring leveraging tools such as Solman , Control M
Experience in troubleshooting and identifying issues in IT environment.
Good logical and analytical skills.
Need to collaborate and coordinate with various global teams like Cloud Operations, Applications and Operations team.
Prepare and maintain Documentation, Reports, and provide follow up status on identified tasks.
Daily / Weekly Report preparation based on the specified format and sending the same to pre-assigned set of recipients.
Maintain, update and implement the standard escalation procedures in sync with the communication plan
On time Escalation and Reporting of alerts according to process
Excellent communication skills to work with developers and L2/L3 support personnel
