Access Management Architect

Key Responsibilities:

·         Design and implement enterprise-grade access management solutions across cloud and on-premise environments.

·         Define and enforce access control models (RBAC, ABAC, PBAC) and policies aligned with security and compliance requirements.

·         Lead integration of IAM platforms with internal and third-party applications.

·         Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure access provisioning and de-provisioning.

·         Drive automation and self-service capabilities for access requests and approvals.

·         Conduct periodic access reviews, audits, and certifications.

·         Stay updated on emerging IAM trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·         7–9 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with at least 2 years in an architectural or lead role.

·         Strong understanding of IAM protocols and standards (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, LDAP, SCIM).

·         Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, SailPoint, or similar.

·         Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their native IAM services.

·         Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture and modern security frameworks.

·         Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

·         Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CIAM, Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator, AWS/Azure Security.

·         Coding knowledge is a plus.

·         Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

·         Proven ability to foster a collaborative team environment and encourage global team participation.

·         Experience leading discussions and communications with internal teams, customers, and other business units.

·         Strong autonomy, sound judgment, negotiation and influence skills, and analytical capabilities.

·         Familiarity with Platforms like Salesforce, CTI, TeamViewer, Web Platforms
