About the Role


• Experience: 4 to 7 Years

a TIBCO & Java Integration Developer with 4+ years of experience to support, enhance, and administer enterprise integration platforms that enable scalable, secure, and reliable business services. This role involves developing, installing, configuring, and supporting TIBCO middleware platforms and Java-based integration solutions that support service-oriented and microservices-based architectures for Allstate’s insurance and digital transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will work closely with senior engineers, architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality integration solutions aligned with Allstate’s technology, operational, and security standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x / BW6) and Java/J2EE
• Perform installation, configuration, and administration of TIBCO software suite, including:
o TIBCO Administrator
o TIBCO Enterprise Administrator (TEA)
o TIBCO Hawk
o TIBCO BusinessEvents (BE) (where applicable)
• Develop and consume RESTful and SOAP-based web services supporting enterprise and digital applications
• Implement messaging-based integrations using TIBCO EMS / JMS
• Apply SOA and Microservices integration patterns to support scalable enterprise systems
• Perform data transformations using XML, XSD, XSLT, JSON
• Develop reusable integration components in alignment with Allstate integration standards
• Support environment setup, deployments, configurations, and monitoring across DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD
• Monitor and manage TIBCO runtime environments using Hawk and Admin/TEA
• Assist with production support, incident analysis, root cause analysis, and defect resolution
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, security, and architecture teams to ensure compliant, secure, and stable solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and integration artifacts
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and quality assurance activities

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise application integration
• Strong experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x / BW6)
• Hands-on experience with TIBCO software suite installation, configuration, and administration
o TIBCO Admin
o TIBCO Enterprise Administrator (TEA)
o TIBCO Hawk
o TIBCO BusinessEvents (BE)
• Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, with exposure to Spring
• Experience with TIBCO EMS / JMS messaging
• Good understanding of SOA and Microservices architectures
• Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, XSD, XSLT
• Experience integrating with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Strong experience working in Linux/Unix environments, including deployments, scripting, and troubleshooting
• Experience using Git/SVN for version control
• Exposure to build tools such as Maven or Gradle
• Familiarity with environment monitoring, log analysis, and performance tuning in TIBCO platforms
