Lead TIBCO & Java Integration Developer

• Experience: 8 to 12 Years
We are looking for a Lead TIBCO–Java Integration Developer with 8+ years of experience in enterprise application integration. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance integration solutions using TIBCO middleware and Java technologies, working closely with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead design, development, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x / BW6) and Java/J2EE
• Architect and develop REST and SOAP web services and integration APIs
• Implement messaging solutions using TIBCO EMS / JMS
• Design and enforce SOA / Microservices based integration patterns
• Perform complex data transformations using XML, XSD, XSLT, JSON
• Define integration standards, best practices, and reusable components
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to junior developers
• Handle deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting across DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD
• Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and high-availability design
• Lead production support, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution
• Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and security teams to ensure compliant solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise integration development
• Strong expertise in TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x / BW6)
• Strong programming experience in Java, J2EE, Spring
• Extensive experience with TIBCO EMS / JMS
• Deep understanding of SOA, ESB, Microservices architecture
• Strong hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, XSD, XSLT
• Experience integrating with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Good exposure to Linux/Unix environments
• Experience with Git/SVN and build tools (Maven/Gradle)
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience with TIBCO Admin, Hawk, TEA
• Exposure to TIBCO API Management / Mashery
• Experience with Kafka, IBM MQ, or ActiveMQ
• Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• CI/CD pipeline experience (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps)
• Domain experience in Banking, Insurance, Telecom, or Healthcare

Education
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and drive technical decisions
