About the Role
Qualifications & Certifications
1. B.Sc Computer Science Graduate or Engineering Graduate or Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
2. Xactly Incent Certification Exam Level 1 or 2 from Xactly University.
Required Skills (Must have) along with necessary industry experience
General
1. Minimum 4+ years of configuration experience within the Xactly Platform.
2. Knowledge in sales commissions & pay-out process.
3. Should have completed at least 1 implementation of Xactly Incent product.
4. Good Exposure towards managing SIP (Sales Incentive Plan) Campaigns.
5. Experience of working through Agile methodology
6. Excellent Communication skills and presentation skills
7. Good Exposure towards working in highly matrixed setup of Global MNCs
8. Willingness to learn new products and processes
Functional Competencies
1. Functional Expertise on Xactly Incent module - includes Configuration & Setups.
2. Experience in analysis & designing sales compensation plans.
3. Consulting skills to perform Fit/gap analysis, Business analysis, SDLC concepts such as Agile, Waterfall, Support Management.
Technical Competencies
1. Configure within the Xactly incentive compensation platform as per design provided.
2. Configure complex business scenarios within the Xactly Platform.
3. Strong understanding and experience in Xactly tools such as Incent, Connect and Analytics.
4. Good knowledge on Compensation rules and underlying attributes mapping.
5. Good knowledge and working experience in writing Formulas & Rules in Incent.
6. Good knowledge of eDocs module.
7. Working experience in designing & configuring plans in Incent.
8. Leads Entity through the entire implementation cycle including requirements, configuration, testing, SIT, UAT, deployment and transition to support for production discussions
9. Assists Entity in execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and responsible for timely troubleshooting and resolution of defects/issues.
