Test Automation Analyst - UFT + CBTA tools

Technical Competencies –
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on SAP Test Automation experience using Microfocus
UFT (primary tool) and Solman CBTA.
• Minimum of 3 years of visual basic scripting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Testing concepts, troubleshooting skills and Test life cycle.
• Core Skills -
o Strong at OOPS and programming concepts.
o Experience in developing descriptive programming, function library,
recovery scenario using vb script in UFT.
o Good knowledge of creating user defined and custom functions using vb
scripts.
o Strong experience in working with business analysts for gathering
requirements, automate scripts generation and reporting.
o Expertise in automation using Solman CBTA with setting up the CBTA prerequisites with Solman 7.2.
o Strong knowledge of Solman 7.2 including Test management and workflow
in Solman.
o Experience of testing the following SAP modules preferred – SD, MM, FICO,
PP, PM etc.
o Exposure to JIRA tool.
o STLC, Defect life cycle and manual testing experience in SAP or related
technologies.
• Good to have –
o Exposure to S4HANA.
o Certifications on Testing and Test Automation.
o Exposure to Agile methodologies will be good to have.
