Qualifications & Certifications
1. Engineering Graduate or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) or Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)
Required Skills (Must have) along with necessary industry experience
Functional
1. Good experience in operations management (preferred in IT operations)
2. Demand & Capacity Planning and resource management activities for IT organization (preferred)
3. Resource availability analysis & supply to existing IT demands
4. Monitor workforce management systems & timesheet tracking systems and enhance reporting capabilities to ensure adherence/compliance
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Tableau
• PowerBI
• Power Queries
5. Manage IT Operational KPIs and monthly reporting & reviews
6. Automate manual reports and processes via VB Macros (excel), Tableau, PowerBI or RPA
7. Lead operational & continuous improvement initiatives and handle communications with leaders
8. Requisition Management: Consolidating all the requisitions and validating it before sending it to the leader for approval, ensuring timely approvals
9. Conducting trainings on need basis
10. Ensure all general workforce operations related activities are taken care.
11. Work with the BU/COE Leaders to identify, amend and revise processes facilitating a culture of continuous improvement with a technical focus.
12. Develops partnerships with other internal groups and business units to improve efficiency of issues resolution and to recommend product improvements.
13. Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
14. Prior experience on Planisware or similar resource management tool will be an added advantage.
