About the Role
A Sr. Developer should be expertise in Design, Development, deployment and support using TIBCO BW 5 and TIBCO BWCE in containerized environments like OpenShift. Should have the ability to understand user Requirements, System functionality, prepare the unit test cases and execute them, version control system usage, effective communication, and smooth releases of products/Application to enhance the customer experience and meet the organization goals.
Responsibilities
1. 5+ years of experience in TIBCO BW 5 and BWCE, EMS, Hawk, Admin and Adapters
2. Expertise in Design, Development, deployment and support
3. Deploy and manage TIBCO BWCE applications in containerized environments like OpenShift
4. Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize BWCE processes for performance and reliability
5. Troubleshoot, optimize, and ensure reliability of BWCE processes within containerized environments like OpenShift
6. Expertise in ELK is good to have
7. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
8. Understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
9. Work as Senior Developer/ Designer
10. Hands-on experience with supporting all TIBCO middleware and related components
11. Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and drive execution under tight timelines
12. Ability to proactively identify and manage risks and issues
13. Excellent written and communication skills
14. Ensure quality documents are maintained as per standard processes
15. Provide support required during business hours outside of business hours
16. Performs release, deployment, change, and configuration management activities in partnership with infrastructure and TIBCO development partners and third party vendors.
17. Primary escalation point for resolution of TIBCO issues
18. Manages, resolves and documents issues and events related to TIBCO servers and environment availability
19. Executes problem management processes when required and leads root cause analysis
20. Ensure high quality project deliveries that meets all agreed upon requirements and ensuring high customer satisfaction through the management of the overall customer experience
