About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
• CX Platform Expertise: Leverage prior experience in Customer Experience platforms to support and evolve Medallia and SnapLogic solutions.
• Technical Development: Collaborate with product owners to refine requirements and adapt platform architecture to meet evolving customer needs.
• Feature Enhancement: Design and implement user-facing features and enhancements on the Medallia platform to improve customer engagement.
• Solution Delivery: Develop fast, user-friendly solutions that can be deployed quickly and efficiently across diverse client environments.
• Vendor Coordination: Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors during issue resolution and enhancement projects.
• Support Leadership: Lead Level 2 (L2) support for end-user requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Platform Adoption: Partner with business stakeholders to drive adoption and growth of the Medallia platform within Schneider Electric’s CX community.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT solution design and implementation
• Medallia certification is must.
• Proven experience with agile methodologies and working in distributed teams.
• Strong background in customer/end-user support management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and vendors effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working with SnapLogic.
• Strong understanding of IT platform management principles.
