About the Role
Primary Skills –
Your technical experience should include the following or similar tools and technologies:
Essential
Strong in Finance planning – Consolidation, Reports, New UI, good at Application life cycle management & good to have integration knowledge.
Anaplan Model Builder Level 3 with demonstrable experience of building complex models in Anaplan for at least 3 years
Deep understanding of the financial planning business capabilities and processes and their implementation within a major organisation
In depth expertise in complex data analysis (specifically relating to financial planning)
Deep understanding of multi-dimensional data modelling and its implementation
Experience of common BI reporting platforms such as PowerBI and Tableau
Experience of performing technical platform critical assessments
Data modelling techniques
Help accelerate medium-sized initiatives for improving the platform’s front-end UX and performance
Reviews solutions for best practice and provides recommendations on how to make models more efficient
Work as part of a team to ensure the effective performance of Financial Planning solutions and their integration with adjacent and tertiary domains/solutions/technologies.
Continue to learn and grow, building expertise in technical capabilities, standard processes, and methodologies (i.e., agile, continuous delivery
Share knowledge effectively with the agile team and amongst relevant stakeholders.
Develops sprint plans, in partnership with peer and dependent TPMs and Tech Leads
Responsible for gathering and communicating technical outcomes to their ITC peers and validating results.
Work with peers and technology advisors to design and deliver desired outcomes that optimize value for the enterprise through useful functionality, and efficient operations and extensibility.
Influence and bring strategic vision to life by working with your team and technology advisors to translate the vision into sprints and delivery plans.
Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise objective, mature judgement.

Experience of working with integration technologies – in particular, Sterling Integrator
Understanding of S/4Hana financial modules and associated data structures
Prior to working on Anaplan platform has extensive experience of the software delivery process, with a focus on Agile techniques.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
6 years of experience in Anaplan.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and management.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
