About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and execute test cases for Salesforce applications, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across multiple environments.
• Collaborate with developers to understand new features and enhancements and validate them against business requirements.
• Support L3 issue resolution by reproducing issues, identifying root causes, and validating fixes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements and maintain comprehensive test documentation.
• Work closely with business users during UAT to ensure solutions meet expectations and are ready for deployment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.
Qualifications:
• 3-4 years of experience in Salesforce testing or QA roles.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform components and architecture.
• Experience testing custom Salesforce development including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and working in Agile teams.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems for L3 support and Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator will be a plus.
