About the Role
8 to 10 Years
Lead APAC delivery of Microsoft Purview workstreams, in alignment with the global program roadmap.
Serve as Scrum Master for regional teams: facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and ensure team alignment and accountability.
Oversee workstreams related to sensitivity labeling, information protection, and insider risk policy rollout.
Own project plans, backlog management, issue tracking, and reporting across multiple business functions.
Communicate with clarity and confidence across technical, legal, HR, and business teams, adjusting style to suit different personalities.
Produce and present weekly executive status reports, risks, and escalations.
Support adoption, change management, and post-deployment optimization efforts.
