About the Role
Key Responsibilities
1. Profisee Platform Expertise: Serve as the resident expert on the Profisee platform, utilizing its features and functionalities to implement robust master data management solutions.
2. Master Data Governance: adhere to master data governance policies and procedures within the Profisee platform.
3. Data Quality Management: Implement data quality initiatives within Profisee, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data.
4. Data Integration: Design and develop data integration processes to ensure seamless connectivity and synchronization of master data across systems.
5. Metadata Management: Implement and maintain metadata management practices within Profisee, capturing essential information about master data entities.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business units to understand master data requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
7. Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and support to internal teams on Profisee functionality and best practices in MDM.
8. Performance Optimization: Optimize Profisee configurations and workflows for performance and efficiency.
9. Security and Compliance: Ensure that master data security measures and compliance standards are consistently applied within Profisee.
10. Technology Evaluation: Stay informed about Profisee updates and enhancements. Evaluate their potential application to enhance MDM capabilities.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Expertise in MDM tools and platforms, with specific experience in tools like Profisee, Informatica MDM, IBM InfoSphere, or similar.
• Proficient in data integration and ETL processes.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices with experience establishing and enforcing data quality standards.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in optimizing MDM configurations and workflows for performance and efficiency.
• Familiarity with data security measures and compliance standards within the context of MDM.
• Relevant certifications in MDM tools or data management (e.g., Certified Information Management Professional (CIMP), Profisee Certification).
