Data Architect

Create blueprints for data management systems that ensure scalability,
performance, and alignment with business needs
Define and enforce data standards, principles, and models across the organization
Ensure data quality, security, and governance are maintained at all levels
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align data strategies with
enterprise goals
Maintain consistency in data architecture practices and documentation
Improve system performance through testing, troubleshooting, and integration of
new technologies
Lead data migration and transformation initiatives during major deployments

7+ years of experience in data architecture, database design, or related roles
5+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise data solutions
Proven experience with data modeling and architecture design methodologies
Demonstrated experience with both relational and non-relational database
systems
Experience leading data architecture for major transformation initiatives or system
implementations
Track record of translating business requirements into effective data solutions
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field

Expertise in data modeling and design principles.
Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Quicksight
Ability to create and manage complex data models.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with data governance and data security practices.
Good knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM).
Familiarity with Salesforce environments.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
Basic knowledge of integration platforms (e.g., SnapLogic, Informatica CAI).
