About the Role
• Perform security audits and risk assessments to identify and address potential security issues.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as IT, compliance, to ensure security compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Experience in DRP setup.
• Understand and implement security controls to protect our organization's infrastructure.
• Work with vulnerability assessments and penetration testing team to understand and mitigate security risks in infrastructure.
• Knowledge on SOC integration to monitor security logs and alerts to identify security incidents and respond to them.
• Stay up to date with emerging threats and industry trends in cybersecurity.
• Conduct training and awareness programs for employees on cybersecurity best practices.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or a related field.
• Relevant cybersecurity certification (e.g., CSSLP, CISSP, CEH, Data Privacy Practitioner).
• Solid understanding of core privacy principles, regulations, and standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Coding knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to foster a collaborative team environment and encourage global team participation.
• Experience leading discussions and communications with internal teams, customers, and other business units.
• Strong autonomy, sound judgment, negotiation and influence skills, and analytical capabilities.
• Familiarity with Platforms like Salesforce, CTI, TeamViewer, Web Platforms
